Today, The District is both a performance recovery center and a supportive home for wellness entrepreneurs. It’s where people come to feel better, recover faster, and show up stronger — whether that’s in life or in business.
From infrared saunas to ice baths, the recovery side helps clients push forward in health, fitness, and healing. And on the other side, private suites give estheticians, coaches, massage therapists, and wellness professionals a place to grow their dream without the cold, corporate vibe of traditional rentals.
