Owner of The District
Leah didn’t just start The District—she lived it.
After being diagnosed with cancer and facing the reality of aggressive treatments, she made a bold choice: to stop poisoning her body and start healing it naturally. Conventional medicine told her she had five years left—but she refused to accept that fate. Instead, she turned to holistic wellness, exploring therapies like infrared saunas, compression therapy, and cold plunges. The results? A transformation that inspired her to bring these same healing opportunities to others.
But The District is more than a performance recovery center—it’s also a business incubator for beauty, wellness, and health professionals. Leah understands the struggle of taking a leap of faith, whether it’s in health or business. That’s why she created a space where professionals can thrive without overpriced leases, rigid contracts, or unsupportive landlords.
